OFB Tech - Manager - Business Development (1-6 yrs)
The ideal candidate should have experience in pre stage of the sales. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Lead generation
- Client visit for demo and follow-up
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Cold calling
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree 2+ years in software sales
- Experience in pre sales including deal closing demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- ERP/ SaaS, B2B software sales experience is preferred
