Role Description :
1. Manages the organization's sales strategy aimed at generating better revenue.
2. Plans and implements sales strategies to acquire customers.
3. Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve desired revenue goals.
4. Create, monitor, and adjust budgets for all sales initiatives while ensuring adherence to company fiscal responsibility guidelines.
5. Oversee the development and implementation of creative sales programs designed to increase market share and grow the customer base.
6. Analyze data and trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones
Essential Skills :
1. Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team
2. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
3. Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
4. Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
6. Can work in high-pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done
7. Flexible to travel around and fluent in Hindi, English, and local language
