Octro - Manager - Social Media & Online Reputation (3-6 yrs)
As a Social Media & Online Reputation Manager, you will be responsible for addressing & handling User Queries on Social Media Channels, Play Store & App Store. You will also work on creating strategies for Social Media handles for all the games under Octro Inc. Umbrella. This would involve planning & executing Influencer Marketing Campaigns as well.
Work Responsibilities :
1. Observing trends on Social Media, doing a competitor analysis, and creating strategies for all Social Media Handles for all the games.
2. Creating a Social Media calendar well in advance and working with the creative team to get the content ready as per the calendar.
3. Planning & executing successful Influencer Campaigns to increase brand awareness across a range of social platforms
4. Responding to User Reviews on App Store & Play Store for all the games. This involves understanding users- pain points and resolving the issues accordingly.
5. Addressing & handling User Queries for all the games on Social Media Channels
6. Work in coordination with the Product team to get a better technical understanding of the games and to resolve the technical issues faced by the users.
7. Raise any critical technical issue to the Product team
8. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and getting them resolved on priority
9. Collecting prompt and accurate feedback from customers and work on the sentiment analysis
