Octro - Key Account Manager - Customer Success (2-6 yrs)

Customer Success Manager (VIP) for our Game users :

Job Description :

- Octro (a gaming studio) is at an interesting juncture and is looking to expand its product management function towards Growth & VIP user Management.

- We are looking for a self-driven and passionate individual with excellent communication skills to communicate with international users.

- You are expected to own & grow the VIPs in the gaming app.

- Require good analytical skills to understand product metrics and prepare MIS highlighting key insights around how VIP users use the product.

- You will be required to work with multiple stakeholders from different departments and across the hierarchy.

- You will be responsible for doing revenue forecast of the product, tracking the variance & taking corrective actions with the help of data analytics team.

Day to Day tasks includes (Email Process) :

1) To connects with top players (revenue wise) through email & Facebook.

2) To sets out revenue targets for the top players and tracks their purchases (on a day-to-day basis) in the game & takes corrective actions.

3) Some of the corrective actions that the team takes for VIPs are :

- Rolling out special VIP bonuses

- Giving personalized challenges

- Scripted wins

- Whales of fortune etc.

4) To communicate with all users (including ones who are on track target wise).

5) To conducts surveys. One of the goals of the survey is to understand what players like in the game.

6) To tries to understand the user at a personal level (in terms of what is happening in their life) through Facebook, exchanging emails etc.

7) To tracks which are the top performing slots in terms of revenues.

8) To creates personas of its top players and nurtures potential VIP players.
