Octro - Executive - Retention Marketing (1-3 yrs)
1. Drive customer engagement, retention and reactivation on the platform.
2. Execution of CRM initiatives and campaigns through multiple channels as per marketing calendar.
3. Monitor Daily Campaigns.
4. Partnering with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations & execution of campaigns.
5. Maintaining and improving CRM processes and accuracy.
6. Work closely with IT to manage the CRM system.
7. Maintain periodic campaign results.
8. Assist different stakeholders in extracting user databases & insights.
