Job description :
- Provide support to inbound queries via email & Calls
- Understand customer pain points and help in resolving them.
- Work with different teams to improve user experience.
- Livops & Game testing by playing mobile games
- No sales/No targets involves
Required Candidate profile :-
- Pls apply if you have atleast 1 yrs exp in customer calling & email.
- Open for working in Six days a week in Night Shift.
- Good verbal comm skills in English & Hindi
- Card Games knowledge preferred
