- Drive customer engagement, retention and reactivation on the platform.
- Execution of CRM initiatives and campaigns through multiple channels as per marketing calendar.
- Monitor Daily Campaigns.
- Partnering with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations & execution of campaigns.
- Maintaining and improving CRM processes and accuracy.
- Work closely with IT to manage the CRM system.
