Octro - Customer Support Executive - Mobile Games (2-6 yrs)

Delhi/NCR/Noida Job Code: 5909

1) Provide customer support to queries coming from different channels via email, chat, phone or social media.

2) Work with the Lead to ensure proper customer service is being delivered on all days.

3) Provide inbound, phone call back support and other voice support as needed.

4) Prioritize & process customer queries.

5) Own customer pain points and help in resolving them.

6) Identify feedback and work with different teams to improve user experience.

7) Superb verbal & communication skills in English.

8) Know how to play Card games like Teenpatti/Rummy.

9) Strong attention to detail is imperative.

Job Location: Sector 3 Noida

5 days working

Timing: 10am -6pm
