Oceedee - Store Manager (2-6 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Manage and lead the team of store executive's & provide assistance.
2. Assisting consumers to find the products they are looking for inspiring the customer to buy.
3. Creating a customer delight, customer experience and a lasting positive impression.
4. Giving suggestions and guidance on product selection to customers.
5.Maintaining floor's presentation.
6. Responsible for achieving store sales.
7. Training and development of the store staff and keeping them updated with the latest collections.
8. Being aware of current promotional events and sales and market trends.
9. In charge of billing desk.
10. Inventory and replenishment management.
11. Follow up and coordination with head office team for smooth operations.
PROFILE : We are looking for a go-getter, should have a smart and pleasing personality, proactive candidate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in luxury retail industry as a store manager. Candidates from NIFT/Pearl or similar backgrounds would be preferred with a flare in fashion and styling. Ideal candidate should have a footwear background or should have adequate work experience in luxury footwear industry with good knowledge in retail industry specially malls. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is a must. Salary is negotiable for the deserving candidate.
