Ocean Waves Hotel - Team Leader - Sales (1-10 yrs)
Job Roles:
- Will be the head of operational management of respective sales team - Direct Sales, Property Hunters & Tele marketing
- Will be dividing your team into three teams Tele sales team, Property Hunters and direct sales team - each team will have minimum 10 associates in each team
- Overall Team target will be your targets will be your target
- Will be responsible to travel for recruitments and training purposes
- Will be responsible for overall quality control of your teams
- Will be responsible for overall process training of your teams
- Will be responsible for overall operations of your teams
- Will be responsible for full payment collections of your clients made by your down line teams
- Will be responsible for overall incentives, special incentives, bonus, R&R of your teams
- Will be handling all the property handovers after the completion of the interiors work of the property along with your Area Manager
- Will be taking all the finalized designs from the sales team and submitting to Accounts department to get the BOQ for the project. Once the BOQ is in, then submits the BOQ to the franchise partner personally with the sales associate and convince the franchise partner and get the approval on the same if needed get the alterations done to the BOQ from accounts department until the BOQ and the design is finalized by the franchise partner
- Will be getting the referral recruitments done from your down line team as per the given target
- Will be organizing and conducting the R&R programs in association with your Am
- Will be Handling negotiations with the client on the BOQ and close the deal
- After closing the deal collect client agreement with the accounts department get it signed with the client and pickup the payment (Chq/account transfer) as per the agreement terms and conditions as given by the accounts department
- Will follow-up with the accounts department, Supply chain management, site supervisor and the client till the project is handed over to the client
- Will do the site handover delivery along with your ASM once the project is ready
- Will make it sure that the client is satisfied related to their project and there are no complaints from the client what so ever
- If the site is not ready on time you will be punished by accounts department as per your SLA
- Will be reporting to Area Sales Manager
