Ocean Waves Hotel - Associate - Direct Sales (1-8 yrs)
Job Roles :
- Will be handling outbound and inbound customer care calls and convert the query into appointments or sale pertaining to your targets given by your Team Leader and submit the data to your TL in the CRM
- Will attend as many calls as possible in your CRM and convert them into sales/appointment
- Will handle direct cold calls/hot calls in the field and generate sales
- Will submit the closed deals to your respective TL in the CRM
- Will be doing follow-up calls given by your TL and convert them into sales
- Will be responsible for the quality handling of your calls and meetings and following all the process guidelines given to you in your CRM
- Will create the need in every call and give 100% product awareness to your client
- Will ensure 100% customer satisfaction on every possible call
- Will ensure 100% quality adherence on all possible calls
- Will be doing referral recruitments for all departments (to earn extra incentives)
- Will be following and adhering to the targets given to you by your Team Leader
- Will be reporting to your Area Team Leader in your CRM
