OCCAY - Associate - Admission Counseling (0-3 yrs)
Requirements:
- Education: B. Tech + MBA (mandatory) or MBA in Marketing
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of calling experience (preferably in education or sales sector)
Unmarried
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
- Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call management software
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students data provided & convert them into positive leads & to explain about our Admission Assistant Solutions to Guide completely regarding Higher Education Admissions, Course Selection, Institution Comparisons, Entrance Exams, filing applications, Study Grant & Benefits through our platforms
- Engage with students and parents, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable HEI options & arrange 1:1 students calling session with Sr Counsellor/Admission Officer
- To record/remarks interested leads & Follow up on leads to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in CRM tools
- Address student queries & achieve weekly/ monthly Targets
Work Expectations:
- Full-time role ( Remote, WFH)with a minimum of 8 hours (6 days/week)of login time per day
Outbound 80-100 calls or more to prospective students & Maintain at least 2 hours of active talk time daily
Salary & Incentives:
- Base Salary: 18000 to 25,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Earn up to an additional 25,000 per month based on performance
