At KYCHUB.com we have an immediate opening for a highly ambitious outbound sales development executive to join our fast growing team.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a dynamic, growing startup, and equally comfortable networking with executives as analysing sales metrics. You should be passionate about fintech and SaaS and hi tech.

Responsibilities :

- Actively source, qualify, and win new clients (generating sales leads from networking, LinkedIn, cold-calling, FCA data bases, etc)

- Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business

- Pursue all qualified prospects via cold calling

- Make heavy outbound phone calls

- Schedule and perform product demonstrations in various time zones

- Captivate new leads with a presentation of our product that is both engaging and professional

- Establish rapport and schedule appointments with potential customers, while making detailed notes in our CRM

- Maintain knowledge of the market and current technology

- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate benefits & company services to prospects

- Actively stay updated on the state of compliance, regulation and fintech industry

- Actively work with lead generation team to improve the process and to qualify leads

- Look for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue

- Regularly engage prospective clients (via emails, phone calls) following the sales process set internally

Skills & Experience :

- Able to quickly learn & convey product knowledge, industry, and technical product demonstrations.

- Highly ambitious with a drive to exceed goals and targets

- Experience in using CRMs

- Superlative communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation) and English language native

- Highly organized and excellent planning skills, able to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines

- Entirely comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospective clients

- Successful history of direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
