Obsessory - Manager/Senior Associate - Digital Marketing (4-12 yrs)
- We have an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Manager and growth hacker to join our team. Your main responsibilities include
- Develop data-driven hypotheses on how to improve customer onboarding and engagement based on experiments and a metrics-driven knowledge of our customers, competitors and market.
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO/SEM efforts and search marketing
- Be in charge of adwords selection, optimization, bidding and monitoring
- Lead CPC efforts on various search engines as well as remarketing and display ads
- Perform in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
- Build, optimize, and scale effective digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition across major online advertising platforms like Google, Yahoo/Bing and leverage customer and campaign performance data to intelligently scale acquisition efforts
- Monitoring, optimising and reporting on Obsessory platform to maintain an optimum user experience, enhancing conversion rates to maximise conversion and engagement.
Requirements
- BA/MBA from a top institution
- 4+ Years of experience in digital marketing for B2C
- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM is essential
- Experience in PPC, display ads, adwords and remarketing is essential
- Pro knowledge of google analytics, keyword research and monitoring tools
- Knowledgeable on the latest digital innovations
- Proven experience in driving online growth and conversion
- Experience and interest in e-commerce is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience of working for an e-Commerce or media company
- Product management and Business Development experience/interest is desirable, but not required
- The candidate has to have customer acquisition experience, agency experience and maximizing spend is not desirable
