Obsessory - Lead Generation Specialist (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for a highly ambitious self-starting lead generation executive to join our fast growing sales team in for our fintech/SaaS products. Your responsibilities include
- Identify and qualify opportunities that will grow revenue
- Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
- Develop new client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows
- driving new business and upsell initiatives
- articulating our unique value proposition through a variety of methods (i.e., phone, web, etc.)
to existing customers, prospects, and channel partners.
- Vet qualified prospects by identifying decision-makers, timeline, and budget potential. Ask
qualifying questions to identify the correct prospect contact
- Prospect daily for new sales leads, including leveraging referrals from existing customers,
inbound leads, cold calling, web and linkedin reachouts
- Generate leads to qualify through cold calling and out-bound calling efforts
- Qualify leads based on set criteria
- Book qualified meetings when there is a clear opportunity for a project
- Articulate the differences in value propositions for different products and solutions in relation to competitors
- Maintain specific client information including call records and account status to enhance client approach
- Recognize market trends and report customer feedback on product enhancements to the broader team during sales meetings.
- Contribute to growing sales pipeline and take advantage of market opportunities
- Maintain CRM
- Manage timelines and follow-up efforts
- Maintaining an active lead generation plan.
- Prioritising and acting upon inbound leads in an expedient manner
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all pricing procedures and strategies.
- In coordination with Sales team, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
Requirements :
- Experience in sales and business development as well as lead generation specifically.
- Experience in the fintech/SaaS/compliance/financial services
- Proven sales track record or a strong desire to work in sales
- Professional sales background and good commercial awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and English language proficiency
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in using CRMs
- Highly organised, efficient and effective, results-driven individual.
- Flexible, open to new ideas and managing challenging situations.
