Oberoi Realty - Officer - Telesales (1-9 yrs)
1. Answer incoming calls/ enquiries for Oberoi Realty's residential projects.
2. Provide project information on the calls and capture the prospect's details/ requirements in the system
3. Schedule site visits for the prospect and follow up with the prospect if they do not visit.
4. Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects who have enquired and make relevant notes in the system.
5. Prepare daily/ monthly call reports.
6. Coordinate with the sales team at regular intervals to get project updates
7. Review and update the call scripts at regular intervals.
Job location: Oberoi Realty Head Office, Goregaon East
Shift Timings: 9AM to 6PM & 10AM to 7PM
