Obbserv - Executive - Social Media Marketing (1-5 yrs)
Principal duties and responsibilities for the position:
- Understanding the objective of business and create social media strategy accordingly.
- To align the objective mutually with the team lead in order to match the expectations and avoid any deviation.
- Monitoring the pages and strategies made in order to analyze how is the plan moving forward and reporting the same.
- Also, monitoring the work of competitors of similar brands.
- Skills to write great copy.
- To continuously strive for the growth of oneself through improvisation in the content quality, adopting smart ways of doing work, learning new tools and techniques, staying updated with the new trends in content marketing, etc.
- Communicate effectively with other team members or the clients for a brief on a task in line. Deliver the task as and when committed.
- Assist and educate other team members in relation to the placement and development of content.
- Keep oneself updated with the latest trend in social media.
- Understanding consumer behaviour.
