Duties and responsibilities :
Principal duties and responsibilities for the position :
- To clearly and quickly understand the objective of the task assigned by the team lead.
- To align the objective mutually with the team lead in order to match the expectations and avoid any deviation.
- To continuously strive for the growth of oneself through improvisation in the content quality, adopting smart ways of doing work, learning new tools and techniques, staying updated with the new trends in content marketing, etc.
- Communicate effectively with other team members or the clients for a brief on a task in line. Deliver the task as and when committed.
- Reporting to the team leader about the work completed, tasks due and further plans or ideas.
- Assist and educate other team members in relation to the placement and development of content.
- Understanding consumer behavior.
- Experienced in web content /seo content.
- Think Automation.
- Clarity in communication with own department and other team members.
Qualifications :
- B.A.(English Literature)/M.A.(English Literature)/Or someone with a flair for writing
- Knowledge of Drafting Digital Content/Knowledge of Social Media
- Creativity and Spontaneity and effective communication.
- Adaptability, Professionalism, and Responsibility
- Positive Attitude, Calm and Self Motivated.
- Experience of at least one year or if the individual is passionate, then his/her portfolio can be considered for the job
