Shift timing -

- US Shift - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

- UK Shift - 3:00 PM -12 :00 AM

Job Summary :

OAK TREE SOFTWARE is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Freshers with a specialization in Marketing and IT to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role involves driving sales and expanding our market presence within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

- Proposal Writing : Create detailed proposals and contracts tailored to client requirements.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.

- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications :

Education : MBA in Marketing and/or IT.

Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
