About the Role :
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team who shares our passion for SaaS, Enterprise Tech, IoT and ML. If you love thinking big and delving deep and enjoy envisioning truly elegant solutions, this role is definitely for you.
What will you be doing ?
1. Build International Marketing pipeline and provide quality MQLs and SQLs
(Qualified Leads) to the Growth Team for Acquisition
2. Work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams to plan marketing campaigns and strategies to create brand awareness.
3. A strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborated with cross-functional teams and agencies
4. Drive customer awareness and acquisition using demand generation strategies and deliver qualified leads
5. Own marketing operations, lead management, and campaign execution to drive digital demand generation and paid media campaigns
6. Own the planning, quality assurance framework, and execution of email and online marketing campaigns: this includes the product, promotional and triggered email, content syndication, as well as, paid display, search, and social advertising.
7. Develop, implement, and continuously evolve best practices for inbound and outbound channels
8. Own campaign budgets and planning to ensure CAC is maintained well
9. Own end-to-end implementation and sending of email and digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, segmentation, execution, testing, deployment, analysis, and optimization
10. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
What you need ?
1. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics
2. Strong skillset of SEO, Content Production, Quality Link Building, Online PR
3. High competency in PPC, Retargeting, Campaigns, Conversion Optimisation
4. Strong understanding of tools for Email Marketing, Drip Marketing, Email Marketing Campaigns and Database Marketing
5. Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
6. Startup or Entrepreneurial DNA - You love seeing the value you create in a company and are excited to join a fast-growing startup
