O2 Spa - Cluster Head - Retail Store (12-15 yrs)
- Ensuring that the Standard Operating Procedures are met to the Expectations of the company for all stores in West zone .
- Ensuring that the Current business scenario is analysed and on a day to day basis and corrective steps are taken to curtail Expenses which increase to rise in Net profit.
- Plan and Implement the daily, weekly & monthly Target - Sales achievement plans for the Team. Implementation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Giving Training to Staff related to Customer Service, Merchandising, Display Standards of the Store and maintaining them.
- Schedule and conduct Managers meeting every week to analyse week on week performance.Shortfalls and improvement, and focus for the week.
- Ensuring the Cash loss of the Store is reduced by achieving higher targets and reducing the Damages and shrinkages.
- Plan and schedule mystery customers visit to the stores on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring surprise checks on store reports and records, to improvise Time bounded procedures.
- Ensure that Budget's are in place in all aspects and utilized by the stores on correct steps
- Work out and Ensure that Optimum Service level is provided by the Third Party Service Provider's at Nominal Level of Cost.
- Ensure Employee Management & Manpower Management is proper at all locations in Mumbai.
- Reporting unwanted & un-identified general observation which directly or indirectly hampers the brand image, thing against the standard practices of retails to upper management for immediate action.
- Ensure that the store Assets details are monitored as per head office records on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that the revenue reports are sent to the airport authorities on a monthly basis.
- Ensure good relation and coordination with Commercial team and Marketing team of Airport authorities to improvise month on month performance.Additional responsibilities at backend operations
- Doing Paper work for airport tenders, working on (NIT) notice inviting tenders For technical bid and financial bid to acquire position and presence at different airport for expansion of the company.
- Furnishing complete documentation of security programme for approval from BCAS.
- Overlooking the airport entry passes for each employees.
- Coordinating with BCAS for security awareness training of each employee in the compay
- Overlooking the Admin function on negotiating with vendors.
- Finalising Common area maintainance agreement with different builders/Mall Managents
- Work on Annual budget with components of personal cost, variable cost and fixed cost with Finance team.
