- Flight bookings & Ticketing
- Should have good working knowledge on GDS ( Amadeus and Galileo).
- Arrange, describe & sell promotional travel incentives offer.
- Making quotation, travel itineraries etc.
- Arranging Flight Bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs etc.
- Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bounds.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, Cancellations, Date change or refunds.
- Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
- Keeping track on documentation, payments.
- Follow the set SLA and guidelines
- Show great salesmanship by being able to manipulate the customers demand as per what we have available
- Good communication Skills and presentable
