Nyusoft Solutions - Executive - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Job Purpose : We are in a need of good candidates for Business Development Executive position who will actively provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
Responsibilities :
Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer's requirements.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities in IT Consulting services i.e website development, mobile app, Software Development services, etc.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.
- Will be responsible to generate leads using LinkedIn and via other mediums in markets like the UK, the USA, etc.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Able to bring business from consulting firms/service companies mainly in IT contract staffing in software development / consulting / and its related services.
- Upsell the services to customers.
- Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities/Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly annually revenue targets.
- Will be responsible for proposals, negotiation, and Lead Conversion.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have excellent Interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Cold Calling, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Knowledge about Website development and App development.
- Knowledge about targeted audience.Must have experience with Client Acquisition, Skill/relationship with direct client.
- Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development / Lead Generation.
- Knowledge about CRM tools would be a plus.
