We are headquartered in India, with teams in Bengaluru (India), San Francisco (US), and Shenzhen (China). Having run preliminary trials in San Francisco and in India, we are now expanding our team and looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as we near the market launch of Julia.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and guide a team of off-role CS agents to deliver day-to-day customer support of customers - both voice and non-voice processes.

2. Track and study each stage of issue resolution by agents for different customers and trackback if needed to maintain a high standard of delivery.

3. Roster management and delivery enablement.

4. Decision tree development based on issues coming into the CS desk.

5. Effectively manage the customer lifecycle pipeline through CRMs

6. Contact vendors and arrange for all material requirements and enablement of CS agents

7. Ensure all processes are streamlined, identify any roadblocks, and communicate to management.

Position Requirements:

1. >18 months experience in Sales/Customer Success is mandatory

2. Intermediate to High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills

4. Analytical and data-driven with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

5. Demonstration of good product and consumer thinking during his/her career

6. Hands-on and a quick learner. Comfortable with learning new technology

7. Should have proper email/phone/text etiquette

8. Willingness to work on US timings (10 PM to 7 AM IST)
