Job Description: The Role of a mid-level creative producer who is strong in video creation, beauty expertise and has worked in HSM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategy :

- Conceptualizing & Strategizing quarterly plans with the team that would include video and other ancillary assets.

- Planning concepts that meet performance, growth & brand building targets.

- Keeping abreast with industry trends.

- Interpreting analytics in order to track progress, trends and audience engagement - and draw insights for strategy.

Video Creation :

- Conceptualization and end to end creative development for Video storytelling

- Finding and Liaising with different Production houses, teams and agencies to create innovative content.

- Coordinating with and supervising the production team from start to finish.

- Pre-production duties

- Planning a shoot + shoot flow

- Conceptualizing, Referencing and chalking out treatments.

- Script Structure + Writing

- Creative Direction on set

- Executing Creatives (for Thumbnail etc) on set.

- Reviewing and working on video edits.

- Manage execution of all creatives (meta data + posts, banners, thumbnails + smaller cuts/edits) and collaborate with internal teams for campaign release.

Misc:

- Regular maintenance (checks and updation of creatives, playlists etc) of the Nykaa TV YouTube channel page.

- Being proactive in collaborations with internal teams, brands and externally.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 3 year of experience in Beauty, Content, Production- Media/Films in HSM.

2. Understanding of digital consumer - specifically the YouTube audience.

3. Fluent in Hindi, comfortable with HSM.

4. Should have a great aesthetic for Design, Style, Video & Casting

5. A smart thinker who can help in growth and expansion of the team - internally and externally.

6. Needs to be hard working and hands on before, during and after shoots.

7. Communication skills, holistic representation of platform and team amongst Nykaa teams.
