Job Description :

You are ideal for this role, if : 

- You are interested in guiding students with their career decisions

- You have the empathy to address all queries regarding NxtWave courses for potential learners and help them make a decision faster

- You have proven experience of direct/virtual interactions with leads one on one / one to many (an added advantage)

- You are looking to work in the environment of a high-growth startup

- You are looking for a Business Development role where you also find meaning in your work

What will you be doing ?

- Acting as a mentor and guide for potential learners, offering career advice and providing a sense of how CCBP 4.0 programs can accelerate their careers.

- Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.

- Conducting demos and live interactions every day to guide & onboard potential learners to start their software careers.

- Increasing the number of onboardings or candidates interested in onboarding by understanding their core concerns and addressing them during demos and live interactions.

- Contacting potential learners one-on-one to understand their concerns to onboard and strategize retargeting mechanisms.

- Providing feedback to the relevant teams based on any issues or concerns raised during the demo/live interactions.

- Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

- Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing feedback to the relevant teams based on any issues or concerns raised during the demo.

What are we looking for ?

- An individual with excellent Telugu & English communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrate spontaneity and quick decision-making skills during 1 to many demos/live interactions to ensure a smooth flow.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to come up with strategies for an efficient onboarding process.

- Highly Dedicated Individuals who are hardworking and with extreme determination.

- Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with the prospects. People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.

- People with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines

- A sales mindset, to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets

- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times

- Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.

- To ensure a smooth flow and presentation during demos/live interactions, it is necessary to have a laptop with optimal configuration for video calling.

Languages Known :

- Native speaker of Telugu

- Proficiency in English will be an advantage

Work Location & Working Days :

Work From Office : Hyderabad

- 6 Day Week

- Week off on every 7th day.
