Job Description :

- You are interested in guiding students with their career decisions

- You have the empathy to address all queries regarding NxtWave courses for potential learners and help them make a decision faster

- You have proven experience in direct interactions with customers (an added advantage)

- You are looking to work in the environment of a high-growth startup

- You are looking for a Business Development role where you also find meaning in your work

What will you be doing ?

- Mentor and guide students, providing career advice and counseling

- Counsel prospective learners, offering career guidance and explaining the benefits of our CCBP 4.0 Programs

- Demonstrate the uniqueness and effectiveness of our CCBP 4.0 Programs

- Handle the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management

- Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and provide regular feedback on lead quality to the relevant team

- Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets

What are we looking for ?

- Excellent communication skills in Kannada, with strong interpersonal abilities and presentation skills

- Dedication, hardworking nature, and extreme determination

- Ability to build rapport with prospects, demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability

- Empathy and patience in dealing with potential learners

- A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines

- Sales mindset, with the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of NxtWave's offerings and achieve revenue targets

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

- Preference is given to candidates with sales experience in the EdTech domain, including telesales and other sales roles

Languages :

- Native speaker of Kannada

- English Proficiency is a must

Work Location & Schedule :

- Work from Office(Hyderabad)

- 6 day workweek

Compensation (CTC Offered) : Up to 8 LPA
