Roles and Responsibilities :
- Capturing user activity by instrumenting feature events and successfully testing the events diligently
- Building and Leveraging Event-Based Data Models to automating marketing and sales communications
- Conceptualize, design and maintain process/product workflows as part of marketing automation. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and data interrogation
- Define segmentation of customer base map the entire customer journey to identify conversion engagement opportunities
- Create high impact omnichannel engagement lifecycle campaigns based on customer insights
- Working with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariate testing that maximize conversions
Skills Required :
- Designing Event-Based Data Models based on business requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience of working on tools like Clevertap, WebEngage, Moengage etc.,
- Keen eye for Problem solving and issue resolution with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Testing and Analytical skills. Ability to design and handle all possible test cases while designing a workflow
- Communication, stakeholder management and organization skills. You will be required to work with a variety of stakeholders and teams of varying technical ability, and across a range of projects
- Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities
Great to Have :
- Understanding of performance marketing channels
- Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other stakeholders with decision making
