NxtWave - Manager - Business Development (1-4 yrs)

What will you be doing ?
- Acting as a mentor and guide for potential learners, offering career advice, and providing a sense of how CCBP 4.0 programs can accelerate their careers.
- Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Conducting demos and live interactions(Virtual/Direct) every day to guide & onboard potential learners to start their software careers.
- Increasing the number of onboardings or candidates interested in onboarding by understanding their core concerns and addressing them during demos and live interactions.
- Providing feedback to the relevant teams based on any issues or concerns raised during the demo/live interactions.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing feedback to the relevant teams based on any issues or concerns raised during the demo.

- An individual with excellent Telugu & English communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate spontaneity and quick decision-making skills during 1 many demos/live interactions to ensure a smooth flow.
- Highly Dedicated Individuals who are hardworking and with extreme determination.
- Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with prospects. People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.
- People with a systematic approach to tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks,
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times
- Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
- To ensure a smooth flow and presentation during demos/live interactions, it is necessary to have a laptop with optimal configuration for video calling.
Languages Known :
- Native speaker of Telugu
- Proficiency in English will be an advantage
Work Location & Working Days :
- Work From Office : Hyderabad
- 6 Day Week
- Week off on every 7th day.
