NxtWave - Executive - Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive(Chat) to join our team and take on the responsibility of providing seamless support to students at NxtWave.
The specific duties of the Customer Support Executive(Chat) include resolving support tickets over Chat, Email, adhering to SLAs and follow all the necessary guidelines.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure service level adherence to provide seamless learning experience to the Students, so as to enhance their experience with NxtWave.
- Handle escalations and complex queries.
- Manage large amounts of emails/chats.
- Provide support in resolving learners' issues via Chat / Email.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
REQUIREMENT:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Support role.
- Should have worked on Chat / Email
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Very good Excel skills.
- Preferably from Ed-Tech Startup organizations
