JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive(customer acquisition) to join our team and take on the responsibility of providing seamless support to aspirants who are looking to start their tech career with Nxtwave.
The specific duties of the Chat Support Executive include resolving queries over Chat with a human-centric approach, adding leads to CRM adhering to SLAs, and following all the necessary guidelines.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure service level adherence to provide seamless guidance to leads, so as to start their journey with NxtWave.
- Handling queries and escalations from leads (people interested in NxtWave programs) and learners.
- Able to manage large amounts of chats effectively.
- Provide support in resolving leads queries via Chat.
- Identify and assess the lead's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with leads through open and interactive communication.
- Identify lead needs and suggest suitable programs.
- Update our internal CRM with information about leads and conversations with them.
- Gather lead's feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Desired skills :
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role. (Exception in case of Excellent written and oral communication skills)
- Action-oriented, self-disciplined, and organized
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
- Good understanding of programs Nxtwave provides.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and potential customers(leads).
- Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address leads/customer issues appropriately
- Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
- Ability to type at a good pace.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Quick learner, adapting new tools with ease
Languages:
- English (Mandatory)
- Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Kannada (Any one of the languages)
Preferred Criteria:
- Should be a self-driven, motivated, and task-driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from the Manager and Lead.
- Should ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during working shift so as to ensure maximum productivity
- Should ensure a - Work-like- environment with no disturbance during the work hours.
- The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
Working hours:
- 9 AM to 6 PM or 2 PM to 10:30 PM (Flexible to work in any of the shifts mentioned)
- 6-days week
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events
Work Location:
Work from Home currently and should be flexible to come to the office whenever required
Salary: CTC - 3 - 4 LPA
