NxtWave - Executive - Business Development - Field Sales (0-1 yrs)
Job Overview :
We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to travel outside and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings and networking efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in generating business leads and closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Travel outside and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish relationships.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organisations.
- Manage client requirements, particularly in placing trained candidates (Software developers) from NxtWave.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
Requirements :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel within the city and meet companies daily.
- Conduct research to identify new markets.
- Prior experience in B2B sales (6 months to 1 year) is a plus.
- Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships across midsize and large organisations.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to tour and effectively demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
- Strong empathy levels to grasp and address client challenge
Work days : 6 Days a week
Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai
Note : Whoever gets selected, will have 2 months of training at our Hyderabad office.
