Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.

- Grow numbers in existing customer channels.

- Develop and add new customer channels.

- Acquire and maintain relationships with TPOs, Affiliates, Influencers etc to drive business.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Contribute to generating new partnerships that develop into long-term relationships.

- Ensuring that all business development activities are being followed and executed within a timely manner.

- Providing support/ guidance to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process.

- Taking Responsibility of end to end funnel.

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Strong persuasion and Negotiation Skills

- Go-Getter attitude

- Alignment to the company's vision and culture

- Prior experience in Sales/ Program Management/ Growth Management/ B2B Sales

What are your deliverables / KPIs?

- Onboarding External Partners.

- Pushing Registrations from these External Partners as per the channel.

- Weekly targets to be met consistently

Work location: Hyderabad

Working days: 6 days a week
