What are we looking for ?

- Very good at communication skills (Speak & Written) in English, Telugu, and Hindi (Speaking will be an additional advantage)

- Highly dedicated individuals who are hardworking, determined and takes ownership

- A strong sense of empathy and great patience

- Should be gentle and professional while interacting with the placed learners.

- People with a systematic approach to building and prioritizing tasks, tracking feedback, and consistently meeting targets within the deadlines.

- Should follow the set process and instructions

- Should have proactiveness in suggesting improvements to the process

- Hands-on experience in using google sheets and docs is a must.

- Should have basic knowledge on Social Media Handles

- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.

- Individuals with a growth mindset.

- Community development Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
