Job Description :
- Handling backend inbound calls from Partners/Customers.
- Raise MQ/CRM tagging and close loop for Query/Complaint closure.
- Outbound calling for Partners/Customers for Survey/Feedback/Upselling.
- Handling backend activities like Activation, Box transfers, reactivations, box replacement.
- Data Entry in Excel.
Requirements/Skills :
- Experience in BPO/KPO/Clerical Jobs.
- Freshers with Diploma/Graduation.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to converse in English & Kannada Languages.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (9AM - 11PM)
