NutriTap - Head - Business Development (6-7 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated versatile and target driven - Sales and Business Development Head - to join our Business Development team in Gurgaon and lead the on-ground outreach, acquisition, and onboarding of clients.
Skill Required
- Be a self motivated and focused team player with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Sales is to get new machine orders from corporate clients.
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
- Generate new leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media etc.)
- Develop and nurture a strong relationship with Clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Prior experience of Retail Startup is a plus.
- Have handled multiple cities operations in previous stint.
- Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind.
- Comfortable to work in a startup environment.
Preferred Candidates:
- 6-7 Years of experience.
- Good communication skills a must (email/verbal/cold calls)
- Good To have prior experience in B2B (Retail/Grocery background).
- Should have handled large partnership with corporates (Admin background will be helpful).
