Job description for the profile :
- The business development manager's main task is to facilitate the growth of the business for which he or she works. Working primarily with the sales and marketing departments
- Strategic planning for future development is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager's responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company's competitors.
- Meeting with the new prospects and giving presentation about the company.
- Maintaining proper relations with clients (Institutional)
- Coordinating corporate sales & corporate presentation for increasing sales & business development.
- Handling all aspect of consultative selling, from lead generation and cold calling to need analysis, closing and post sales services Infographics etc.
- Generating lead by doing activities and representing the company.
- Handling all appointments and closing the deals.
- Liaising & coordinating with corporates to get the optimum level of service as per SLA
- Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of company.
- Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion participation, doctor's referrals, talks and other events.
- Organize CMEs /Seminars and lectures for promotion of the services of the facility and specialities available with the Nutri Health.
- Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community such as RWA presidents, local clubs, schools, colleges and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them.
- Analyse business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
- Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Prepare client proposals & presentations.
- Prepare sales related reports including weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales
- Plan budget for revenue generation on weekly and monthly basis.
- Meetings, Strategy-Sales.
- Strategy and business insights for improving conversion percentage, that leads to sales closure.
- Sales process gaps analysis and solutions.
- Strategic institutional sales.
- Product refinement.
