Nutech Packaging - Manager - Marketing (10-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue growth: Leading, Strategising, Planning and overall Sales process control for achievement of targets while ensuring required profitability.
- New Client development: Through market research and other tools Identify new customers and new markets and plan business development activity to increase business YoY. Importantly discuss and get plans approved thereof before implementation.
- Client list updation: Maintain updated client details/CRM, effective customer communication and address complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordination with concerned departments: Coordinate with all departments, provide technical guidance to ensure end- to- end execution of orders as per job specifications.
- New Product Development: Coordinate with Pre press teams for preparation of new product development samples.
- Paperboard stocks: Closely monitor paper, board etc. stocks and advise purchase to ensure material for forthcoming confirmed orders and utilisation of existing paper/board stock.
- Timely dispatch and collection: Coordinate with PPC(Production planning and control) and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Market intelligence reports: Constant endeavour to develop business by closely monitoring their marketing strategies, their internal thought processes and keeping management informed of upcoming trends.
- Developing sales coordination and sales team: Guiding, developing subordinates to up skill/train to help them to support marketing team effectively.
- Work reports: Provide Management Information System reports to management as required on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis as required.
- Payment follow up: Follow-up of payments and ensuring timely collection targets.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Create a feedback loop on functioning of internal systems to improve internal efficiency.
- Customer Complaints: Attend to the customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for their resolution and minimize their occurrence.
- Sales revenue status: Keep record of the order status, dispatches and effective sales done for the purpose of quarterly review of sales vs collection status.
