Job Description :

- Business Development is core to growing business via Buyers on Nurture.retail. This team is responsible for the business growth of nurture. retail and our buyer partners. The team drives product adoption and evolution to ensure nurture. retail becomes relevant and the obvious choice for trade to all businesses in the agro industry. In this role you will be the face of nurture. retail to all our buyers.

- Responsible for business development in the Territory - acquire and retain buyers, liaison with multiple stakeholders to drive growth

- Hiring a field team, providing hand-on training and grooming them

- Building b2b e-commerce-oriented demand function across the Territory from scratch

- Directly manage field teams to deliver business goals with ownership and guide them on the way forward

- Planning and effectively executing various drives/initiatives to boost new onboarding/Conversion/Repeat business on the platform

- Keeping a tab on competitor/market price trends and providing recommendations applicable at local level

- Providing accurate demand estimation basis market potential

- Delivering strong top line growth month-on-month to drive deeper market penetration

What we are looking for :

- Should be preferably a agri-graduate (B.Sc Agri)/Any agri work experience.

- 2-4 years' experience into Business Development/field sales across agri-Startups/traditional agri companies as territory manager

- Lead and motivate team for delivering their best performance with efficient adoption of our B2B platform

- Sound understanding of agri inputs market and hands-on field experience in driving agri business

- Comfortable in travelling across territory on a regular basis and building retailer base/training teams

- Communicating effectively and driving alignment on the larger goals for the team

- Experience in recruitment, training and performance management of a field sales team

- Comfortable working on excel for basic data analysis and interpretation
