Nurture.Farm - State Manager - Sales (7-12 yrs)
The role is leading the farm operations of the assigned state and shall be responsible for managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize services performances and unit level profitability.
Overseeing all business activities to ensure the desired results are consistent including team management and capability development in the region, setting performance objectives, evaluations and optimizing operational performance, ensuring compliance and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial MIS.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- To lead and enable strategic initiatives derived from the organization strategy by developing and implementing business and marketing plans.
- To identify and generate new project leads, research potential markets and to initiate services operations.
- Responsible maximize revenue opportunities through establishing, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers.
Manage pipeline of services. - Lead overall business development and operations activity in the State to establish sustained services operations.
- To acquire new projects and facilitate the smooth operation of each new project on continuation.
Market Intelligence - trends, competitor and customer (existing, lost and targeted) monitoring and analysis for the purpose of new sales and services launches strategy to map the potential market and market penetration.
- To determine the scope of support functions, development of necessary people initiatives to build and work closely in order to support customer programs with data analysis in order to drive the values to the business at large.
- To evaluate customer data, behaviour, engagement, experience and business performance metrics to analyse areas of improvement to design customer acquisition and retention plans.
- Dealing with escalated customer issues and legal actions.
Experience : 6+ Years of experience in the Agri services or emerging business in the team management role with rural customer understanding.
Qualification : Master's in business administration or technology graduate required
