Job responsibilities :
- Should be good at probing customer needs and able to align product/service as per customer understanding and need.
- Should have an understanding about outbound activities and collection life cycle.
- Good at tracking customer follow ups and ensuring deliverable accordingly.
- Handle Requests and complaints regarding the process via our ticketing system, e-mail, WhatsApp, and phone support and also ensure timely response and closures.
- Speak to our regional customers over voice call in terms of providing the solution of their issues or understanding their queries regarding crop health and their growth.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to work on the customer complaints and get the resolution.
- Adhere to quality guidelines to deliver.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Provide inputs in terms of process improvements and help in stabilizing the process.
Person Profile :
Educational Qualification : Graduation from reputed university.
Knowledge and Experience : Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills and command over English, Hindi and any of the other regional languages.

- Years of Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of Call Centre experience.
