Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and understand market trends.

- Create marketing plans that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

- Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in communication and design.

- Supervise the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and email.

- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.

- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Conduct SWOT analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in marketing.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales and product development) to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, including updates to search engine algorithms and new developments in social media.

- Manage email marketing campaigns, including template design, content creation, and performance analysis.

- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and channels to reach our target audience effectively.

- Monitor competitors' digital marketing strategies and recommend adjustments to our own campaigns as needed.'

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized University, preferably in marketing/ mass media/ communications

- 2-4 years of experience defining multi-channel digital + on ground marketing strategies translated to successful execution.

- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

- Ability to work with short timelines, own deliverables and prioritize multiple tasks at one time

- Working knowledge of dashboards, basics of data analytics or visualization

- Familiarity with marketing technology (CleverTap/Appsflyer/Mixpanel/Branch) will be an advantage
