Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities include :
- Understand the ecommerce sales strategy & growth plans
- Plan Category management and Promotion planning
- Formulating P&L -Managing Top Line, Middle Line & Bottom Line.
- Drive operational efficiency for ecommerce channel in the locations assigned
- Achieve planned sales by channel and customer as also monitor performance and take corrective actions
- Understand growth requirements account wise
- Manage various internal and external stakeholders
- Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective sales spending
- Plan and negotiate for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts
- Stay abreast of trends in the market
- Manage Accounts receivables and debts from accounts
- Resolve issues, complaints and operational matters with Accounts and escalate where necessary
- Manager Market Budget & Ensure Execution of Campaign
- Handle E Retailers, Grocery ( Swiggy, Zepto, Big Basket, Amazon)
Candidate Requirements :
- 3-5 years of Sales experience in an FMCG set-up in the Modern Trade Channel/e-commerce channel
- Keen on-the-ground working person and passionate about sales
- Willing to work in a start-up and build everything from scratch
- Willing to work 6 Days a week
- Fast learner and quick thinker with good sales analytics skills and understands business potential
- Can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Is a good team leader and team player
- Has good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Has the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
