NUMI Paris - Executive - Retail Sales (3-8 yrs)
We at NUMI Paris (eyewear industry), hiring an Retail Sales Executive for our stores in Sarath City & GSM Mall (Hyderabad).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and Behave well with the customers
- Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Stay up-to-date with new products
- Help the visitor select the best-fit product
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Achieve established sales and customer service goals and objectives
- Convert 100% Customers and Aim to Cross-sell & Up-sell
- Follow proper procedures when accepting checks and credit cards; act as cashier, handling monies accurately for customers and co-workers
- Provide customer feedback to the Senior Member of store
- Responsible for completely handling an outlet if needed, interacting with customers and following up regarding any inquiry and motivating the entire team at the outlet
- Make sure discipline is maintained and all customers are always given importance and priority
- Supervise and maintain proper condition of all equipment, fixtures, and machinery in the Store
- Ensure racks are fully stocked with spectacle products
- Ensure store is clean and well maintained
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Preferably experienced in the eyewear industry as sales (1-4 years) or any fashion & accessory industry
- Strong communication (English, Hindi and Local) and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international brands of sunglasses/ optical frames
- Basic computer knowledge
