- Call on given data and explain students about the courses we have
- Understanding the students needs and counselling regarding our courses and helping them for course selection.
- Calling, validating & following up with the leads over the call and through mail.
- Replying to the queries of students.
- Maintaining good relationships with the customers through regular phone contact & e-mails.
- Good communication required
- Minimum 2 years experience in counselling required
