Overview:

Numen Health is looking for highly motivated Senior Medical Representatives to join our team and mission to provide comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation & prevention to every CVD patient in India. As part of this role, you will be calling on major Cardiology practices throughout Bangalore to expand the adoption of Numen Program by healthcare professionals.

Our mission is to conquer heart disease as the leading cause of death through digital prevention programs that serve over 7M patients in India.

Role : SENIOR MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Bangalore

Scope of Work:

- Interact & share Numen's Cardiac prevention program with cardiology practices and health systems to secure new business and program adoption.

- Meeting Doctors to promote the company's services in the territory and generate referrals

- Arranging appointments with Healthcare professionals

- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, medical staff and supporting administrative staff

- To meet & follow up on daily basis with Doctors.

- Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.

- You are expected to be well versed in explaining all aspects of the Numen program from clinical, evidence, workflows, outcome measures & implementation.

- Must be able to target and identify key Cardiologists, develop market awareness, and drive adoption.

- Align to business plans and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals. Partner with sales leadership to identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential to establish and achieve annual target objectives.

- Region of focus includes top health systems and cardiology groups in Bangalore.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2-5 years' experience in sales related to cardiovascular devices, pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare software in Bangalore/ Karnataka.

- Evidence of existing relationships with cardiologists & health system leadership in the region of focus

- Excellent communication & presentation skill

- Strong work ethic and customer focus
