How does the role look like ?
- Numen Health is looking for passionate & enthusiastic relationship managers with experience of 2-5 years in managing customers, clients directly. Relationship manager is responsible for managing existing customers, mainly patients on our care plan, as well as doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionist, psychiatrists, and other stakeholders in healthcare delivery.

- We are looking for customer obsessed managers who will be in charge of managing company relationships with its customers and stakeholders in healthcare delivery. Candidates should have the ability to go the extra mile for customer's happiness. Exposure to the healthcare industry will be an added advantage. Candidate with passion towards technology to solve problems.
What will you be doing ?
- Owning and administering all business processes & communication for patients on our plan.
- Playing the role of SPOC for assigned customers and addressing their concerns & complaints
- Supporting customers with general queries regarding their care plans
- Monitoring/ Sending reminders to customers regarding medicine, diagnostic tests etc.
- Resolving routine enquiries of patients or doctors regarding application/product features
- Brainstorming with product team to bring efficiencies & automation in internal processes
- Building & nurturing relations with clients
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key customer groups
- Voice for our customers by identifying customer's needs and collaborating with cross-functional partners to provide solution to those customers
- Ensuring customers receive services promptly and timely
Qualifications & Skills :
- Passionate about customers
- 2-5 years experience in Customer Success/ Relationship Management/ Account management
- Degree in Pharmacy/medicine or related field will be a plus but not mandatory
- Prior exposure to handling premium clients will be an added advantage.
- Organized, Punctual, Detail-oriented, Self-starter, and Initiative taker
- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution abilities
- Excellent communication (Written & Oral) & interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills & natural problem solver
- Exercise sound judgment, common sense and maintain confidentiality
- High degree of ownership & executional skills
