Numbertree - Manager - Sales (4-10 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business development executive. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential corporate clients who are in need of loans or funding, and establishing communication with key decision-makers such as Managing Directors (MD) and Chief Financial Officers (CFO). Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, gather relevant contact information, and initiate meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs.
Responsibilities :
1. Research and identify potential corporate clients who may require loans or funding.
2. Utilize various sources such as online databases, industry publications, and networking platforms to gather accurate and up-to-date information about target companies.
3. Conduct outbound calls to company reception numbers to reach decision-makers, including MDs and CFOs.
4. Professionally and persuasively communicate our company's offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
5. Gather contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses, of relevant decisionmakers for further follow-up.
6. Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, including contact information, conversation notes, and follow-up actions.
7.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
8. Continuously update and refine the outreach process based on feedback and performance metrics.
9.Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client outreach activities.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or client outreach, preferably in the financial services sector.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with senior-level executives.
4. Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
