NumberTree Assurance Services - Manager - Digital Marketing/Brand Management (2-5 yrs)
Job Role :
- Be the custodian of Brand and manage the brand end to end - yearly brand plan, brand strategy, brand architecture and maintain brand identity across online and offline collaterals
- Strategies, Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, analyzing market trends.
- Content Creation and Management : Creating engaging and relevant content. This includes blog posts, creating social media content strategies.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization.
- Social Media Marketing : Managing social media platforms for building and maintaining brand presence. Develop social media strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers.
- Email Marketing : Crafting effective email campaigns. Design email templates, create compelling content, segment email lists, and track campaign performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze data from various sources, such as website analytics, social media insights, and email campaign metrics. Use this data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make informed decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of full-time onsite job experience in digital marketing or related field
- Candidates with strong brand handlining experience will be more preferable.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
