Roles & responsibilities :

- Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators.

- Set the monthly, weekly, daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved.

- Handling and guiding the team of Counselors to achieve monthly sales target.

- Responsible for coordinating with the digital marketing team for generating specific leads and distributing it among the entire team.

- Responsible for Quality control of the calls.

- Motivating & mentoring team to achieve & exceed targets

- Conducting weekly & monthly reviews for performance & training.

- Managing attendance and leaves of the Team to ensure maximum manpower utilization.

- Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where they are lacking, etc.

- Maintaining various day to day sales reports as per the business requirements.

Key Skills :

- An individual with at least 2 years of team lead experience of telesales executives.

- The incumbent must be smart, can think with a can-do attitude.

- Exceptional communication skills
